Recently there has been an increase in the number of appointments that have been missed or cancelled just prior to the appointment.
We are a very busy salon and have a client treatment waiting list but unfortunately, due to the short notice or lack of notice given, this has meant that we have been unable to fill these slots. Consequently, we feel that we have no choice but to introduce a new cancellation policy.
Appointments that are cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments will incur a 100% charge, which is payable on the next visit. In addition, you may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance.
