Recently there has been an increase in the number of appointments that have been missed or cancelled just prior to the appointment.
We are a very busy salon and have a client treatment waiting list but unfortunately due to the short notice or lack of notice given , this has meant that we have been unable to fill these slots . Consequently we feel that we have no choice but to introduce a new cancellation policy .
Appointments that are cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments will incur a 100% charge ,which is payable on the next visit. In addition you may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance.
